When you contact us

We receive the information you send through the contact form or by email. We use it to answer your questions and discuss working together.

Neither website has registration or user accounts.

  • Your name and email address.
  • Your company name, if you provide it.
  • The contents of your message.

When you visit the websites

The server records technical information about requests: IP address, date and time, browser type, and page address. We use these records to detect abuse, limit automated requests and fix problems.

An error record may include a request identifier that helps us trace the problem. We do not use these records to build a profile of you or track your behaviour for marketing.

Why we are allowed to use this information

If you contact us on behalf of a company, we rely on our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries and corresponding with that company, under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.

If you ask about working with us in your own name, we process the necessary information to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, under Article 6(1)(b).

For technical records, we rely on our legitimate interest in keeping the websites secure and working, under Article 6(1)(f).

Tracking and use of your messages

  • We do not use analytics or marketing tracking technologies.
  • We do not sell personal data or provide it for other organisations' marketing.
  • We do not send unsolicited messages.
  • The contents of your enquiry are not recorded in technical logs or forwarded to internal chat channels.

Who can access the data and where it is processed

Access is available to the people at NOEKRON who handle enquiries and to suppliers that provide technical services for us, including our email provider. These suppliers process the data on our instructions and for our purposes.

The websites run on our own infrastructure in Bulgaria. Email is delivered through OVH.

How long we keep the data

We keep enquiries only for as long as needed to respond and discuss specific work. We consider whether there are unanswered questions or a proposal still under discussion when deciding how long to keep them.

Technical records are kept for up to 33 days during normal operation. If a technical problem interrupts automatic deletion, deletion takes place after normal operation is restored.

You can ask us to delete your personal data by writing to office@noekron.com. We consider deletion requests under the conditions set out in the GDPR.

Your rights

You can request access to your personal data and ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information. You can also request deletion or restriction of processing where the GDPR's conditions apply.

Data portability applies to information you have provided when it is processed by automated means on the basis of consent or a contract. It does not apply to processing based on legitimate interests.

Where we rely on legitimate interests, you can object for reasons relating to your particular situation. We will stop that processing unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing is needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

How to make a request

Email office@noekron.com and explain what you would like us to do with your data.

We respond without undue delay, normally within one month of receiving your request. Where necessary, this period may be extended by up to two further months, taking into account the complexity and number of requests. If we need an extension, we will tell you within the first month and explain why.

If we cannot act on your request, we will explain the reason and tell you about your options to complain or seek a judicial remedy.

Making a complaint

You can complain to Bulgaria's Commission for Personal Data Protection at https://www.cpdp.bg. Under the GDPR, you may also complain to the supervisory authority where you habitually live or work, or where the alleged infringement took place.
